Before heading out onto the stage, the girls knew they had to warm up. After all, it isn’t just the physical demand they would be putting on their bodies that would tire them out. The competition is held in front of hundreds of audience members, including their friends and family – which together amounts to a lot of pressure for these girls! The squad also sings along to the songs to get everyone in the audience up and pumped. Therefore the team all do plenty of breathing and vocal warm-ups before heading out onto the stage.
