Jon and Kate are still in the public eye as Kate still has her own show and Jon often makes press appearances where he claims that he is not allowed to see his children and that Kate is controlling. After she got a TLC show, Kate went on to make appearances on other shows such as Celebrity Wife Swap and Dancing With the Stars. The family has been going through some controversy as one of the children, Collin, is no longer on the show and Kate has stated that he is in a special school to deal with his behavioral issues.
