As the Osmonds and the Jacksons were so close, it’s no surprise that two of the family members became extremely good friends. Jimmy Osmond and Michael Jackson became incredibly close as they embarked on their careers, and used to hang out whenever they had the time.
In fact, it’s been reported that many of the songs written for the Osmonds were passed onto The Jackson Five, and vice versa. They would both pick up on tips and tricks of the trade, and would often watch each others’ performances.
