Jesse Whitten had been working as a police officer for about ten years. As well as helping to keep his local community in California safe from any danger, Jesse also got the chance to talk to plenty of the locals along the way. It was all about gaining trust in the community for this officer. However, there was one woman that got closer to Jesse than most others. The woman was in her 30s and have been living on the streets for many years.
