The police officer knew that he couldn’t sit back and watch as the woman struggled to piece her life back together. Instead, Jesse would regularly take her to shelters and rehabilitation clinics to try and get her the help she needed and wanted. Unfortunately, the woman’s dependency was too strong, and she kept falling back into her old habits. Even so, Jesse spent a long time getting to know the woman and would put a lot of effort into making sure she was looked after.
