One family member who has featured on the show before but isn’t mentioned much is their cousin Amy. Her upbringing was far more relaxed than that of her cousins, and she doesn’t particularly agree with the way that the Duggars run their household.
However, she was brought in to chaperone Josh and Anna on one episode because the couple wasn’t yet married. Amy didn’t particularly want to be in the show, but she was in the area at the time and ended up being roped in.
