Many people believe the kitchen is the heart of the home, so perhaps that’s why the Scott brothers wanted to make this space so versatile and welcoming? The kitchen used to be a porch with skylights in the roof.
However, they have all been removed in aid of this brand new space instead. Sticking with the theme of natural light, the pair incorporated curved windows into the room to bring in as much sunlight as possible for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
