Ebony magazine faced loads of criticism after it featured NeNe on the cover for their Money and Power issue. NeNe posed in a bathtub of diamonds while holding a nice glass of champagne with the title, “NeNe Leakes Gets Her Hollywood Hustle On”. Fans of the magazine were outraged with the magazine’s choice, one comment wrote, “Ebony couldn’t get ANYONE else on the cover???” Another comment even called NeNe a “Donkey with diamonds”. NeNe snapped back at the negative attention and said, “I absolutely deserve to be on the cover.”
