Oh. Oh no. We can only assume that the person driving that car had somewhere they desperately needed to be, because why else would you think driving on a freshly laid tarmac street surrounded by construction workers and tarmac machinery would be a good idea? And more to the point, who let the driver get that far?! We hope that the workers had nothing else to do, or maybe this was their grand plan of making sure people don’t swerve out of the lane by putting great big tire grooves to follow.
