The Fowler’s have always reigned supreme in the fictional town of Walford, and it’s no secret that Pauline sits at the head of that family. Wendy Richard first took on this role in 1985, and she instantly became a hit.
She was tough, she was ready for action, and she was not afraid to stick up for her family. However, her personal life was often plagued with difficulties, and she often found herself struggling with both money and narcotics. Devastatingly, we had to permanently say goodbye to Pauline Fowler in 2006.
