Kel Gleason started his career as a production assistant for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation before going on to become an intelligence officer in Germany for the United States Military. He was the first person to be voted out of the Ogakor tribe.
He lost the trust of the tribe within six days because he was allegedly seen eating beef jerky he smuggled out to the outback. When he denied everything, he was labeled a liar and was voted out.
