Although Taylor didn’t go into detail about his sister’s heart in his own Instagram posts, Makena Lautner has been incredibly vocal about her condition. In 2017, she first took to social media to update her friends, family, and fans on a brand new diagnosis.
She had been diagnosed with tachycardia, which means that her heart beats faster than it should. For example, Makena’s heart rate was previously around 300 BPM, while the average heart comes in at around 100 BPM.
