As part of her new lease of life, Makena is making it her mission to see as much of the world as she possibly can. She wants to explore everything that this wonderful planet has to offer, and she wants to embark on new experiences that will not only help her grow as a person – but also expand her own horizons.
With her own TED Talk already in the bag, we can only assume that this young lady has some big plans for the future. We can envisage her traveling around the globe, making a difference to other people’s lives.
