Both Kaylee and Christina tried to stay positive as to where Carter could be. However, it was unlike the teen to be late. Kaylee assumed the traffic must have been bad, even though it was still early in the morning. The pair then thought that maybe he had been pulled over by the police. After all, there were always random stops on the highway. Perhaps the police wanted to check the car or look at his license information? There had to be an answer.
