The second half of Raj’s parents – Mrs. Koothrappali. This character is shown over video chat for her appearances due to the long distance between her and Raj, but that doesn’t stop her from being one of the scariest parents of all the characters.
It isn’t uncommon for Raj or Priya to be subject to a scolding from their mother, and even with thousands of miles in between them, they are still left quaking. So far she has made appearances in seasons one to five, and season eight of TBBT.
