In between her busy work schedule, Christina loves to squeeze in time for a workout or two. The HGTV star has confessed that an ideal week sees her hit the gym five days as she always makes working out her priority. When she was expecting her children, Christina focused on yoga workouts – she even released her own prenatal yoga DVD! However, now she isn’t expecting, the star loves hitting the outdoors and going for a run to rid herself of any stress.
