In fact, Christina reported that meditation and yoga are what kept her feet on the ground throughout the entire process. If they weren’t doing the job of clearing her head, then Christine would lace up her running shoes and go for a quick three-mile run. The exercise even inspired a summer Bali vacation for the star in 2017.
