Although Nicole had agreed to fix up the house in Minneapolis, years passed and the house continued to crumble. After a while, the neighbors became increasingly concerned. Not only were they annoyed that Nicole hadn’t held up her promise to them, but they were also worried about the health and safety risks associated with the building.
They eventually took the Rehab Addict to court – where the case was settled with the local council. Curtis was forced to pay a fine, a construction deposit, and to finish construction within five months.
