If you’ve ever worked in Sephora, you’ll know all about the challenges. Every so often, each individual store will provide their staff with a challenge. This could be a challenge to create the perfect smokey eye, or it could be the create the most amazing festival look.
These challenges are designed to test their workers and to keep them on their toes, and the winners do get rewarded if they win. However, workers can’t refuse to take part in these challenges, because they are mandatory.
