No matter what kind of experience you have or what section of the store you’ll be working in, every employee has to spend some time working behind the cash register. It’s a sort of initiation into a position at Sephora, and nobody is allowed to skip it.
This might sound strange, but there’s actually a good reason behind it. Everyone in the store needs to be comfortable operating the cash register, so they can help out when it gets busy.
