This might go without saying but Sephora employees are prohibited from wearing anything other than their uniform, or “costume,” while they are at work. You can always spot them in the classic black and red uniform.
Even though many Sephora workers are extremely stylish as individuals, they are not allowed to show their fashion sense until after they clock out for the day. This rule is strictly followed by both men and women who work at Sephora.
