Like in almost any other store, there are several ranks that determine what the employee can and cannot do – and where they can go, as well. Assistant managers are called CELs, and they walk the Sephora floor to make sure everything is going smoothly.
Managers, however, usually stay in the office while taking care of things. They can also get into otherwise restricted areas, like the trash bin room and the stock room, that regular employees can’t access.
