Anonymous Sephora workers have shared that despite not being paid commissions for their work, they might win prizes. One of the contests they told about involved a chart that was filled with those who sold the most “power baskets” – baskets that are worth at least $150 – wins a prize.
Apparently, this made workers much more efficient than having the pressure of having to sell as much as possible for commissions. So if you’re a Sephora employee, you better not miss on those possible bonuses!
