World’s Heaviest Woman chronicled the journey of Renee Williams, an 841-pound woman who sought the help of Dr. Now after no less than 14 other doctors turned her away.
He agreed to operate on her, and she underwent successful gastric bypass surgery. Sadly, the good news was only short-lived, and just 12 days after the surgery Renee tragically lost her life as a result of a heart attack. Jonathan documented her struggle in a documentary released in the UK titled Half Ton Mum.
