When you think about it, every American probably knows at least one soldier in the United States military. This means that everyone has some idea of what it takes to serve the country – perhaps from stories they’ve told, or from seeing what they’ve gone through.
The only thing is that we will never understand what it takes to be a soldier. We should all try to reach out to our brothers and sisters in the armed forces and thank them for their service.
