Blue Bloods is about the Reagan family, an Irish family in New York whose members work in law enforcement. For most of the show’s run, we enjoyed Amy Carlson’s work as Linda Reagan, an ER nurse who married her childhood sweetheart Danny Reagan.
She was never afraid to speak her mind when it was warranted… And it was probably warranted when the writers decided to have her die in a plane crash. Off-screen. With only a casual mention of it ever happening. Huh. To add to the mystery, it’s still not clear exactly why any of it happened.
