While many believe they show up for the sake of the cameras, it seems they really are on the ball for every customer. During a 2016 interview with Brides, Mara noted that all of the budding brides are given their personal phone numbers, as well as one-to-one meetings with them both and their dress fitter, as well as help every step of the way!
