It wasn’t only Cecil Rodgers who was eternally grateful to Audrella Taylor that day. The store’s manager, Dominic Gross, couldn’t speak highly enough of his employee. Dominic has explained how proud he was that Audrella picked up on the unusual transaction, in addition to thanking all the other customer service staff at the Evendale store that helped to save poor Cecil from the scam. Cecil’s story has had a positive impact on the team at the store, too.
