Tyra Collette is played by Adrianne Palicki. She is initially known as the bad girl as Dillon High School, until Tami takes her under her wing and helps her become a better person. She goes through several boyfriends, including Tim Riggins, the nerdy freshman Landry Clarke, and a cowboy named Cash. She develops over the duration of the series, and rises above her promiscuous reputation. After graduation, she attends University of Texas in Austin in order to study politics “like Mrs. T, only bigger.”
