Given so much time has passed since the photo of Allison was taken, a lot has changed in her life. However, she’s never forgotten the experience she went through back then.
During an interview, the pole vaulter talked about that infamous picture and how she feels about it after so long. Stokke was quoted as saying that she believes the woman in the photo and the woman she is now “are two different people.” She referred to it as an alter-ego, and that she only occasionally uses it to her advantage.
