Hayley Chase played Joannie in Hannah Montana. Joannie was Lilly’s arch-rival from second grade, and when they were both chosen as team captains in gym class, the pair bet each other on who would win. Lilly’s team won, and she shaved off part of Joannie’s hair, as per the bet.
Joannie then began dating Oliver and Miley, and Lilly agreed to get on with her for Oliver’s sake. Their relationship didn’t last long, but Lilly became friends with Joannie, while Miley was immensely jealous.

Hayley Chase hasn’t become a big star, but she has remained in the industry and on our screens. She appeared in NCIS as Kimberly in 2010, Julie in House that same year, Jenn Hassley in Hawaii Five-0 in 2011, and Heather Wilson in Criminal Minds, also in 2011.
Hayley Chase later tried her hand at directing. In 2016, she directed, and acted in, a small T.V. film called OREGONe, which we’d say is a step up from when she was known for starring in a Yoplait advertisement.
