Romi Dames played Traci van Horn, a famous socialite in Hannah Montana’s social circle. Traci adored Hannah and loved seeing her at parties, but she was less keen of her sidekick, Lilly, who was undercover as Lola Luftnagle.
Traci was quite an iconic character in the series, most easily recognized by her voice. Her voice was nasally and squeaky, described as being due to a “nasal condition.” Traci spent each appearance trying to get under Lilly’s skin, and succeeding, often getting under Hannah’s, too.

Since Hannah Montana, Dames has become somewhat of a voiceover star, rather than an actress. She voiced two characters in Nickelodeon’s Winx Club, one of which she voiced for three years in the television series, and two movies.
She also voiced several characters in web-series, Bravoman, along with voicing characters in Phineas and Ferb, Kick Buttowski, and playing Lena Luthor in DC’s Super Hero Girls. While she hasn’t followed her original acting career, she has remained in the film and television industry, continuing to be remembered for her voice.
