One of the most tragic and notorious episodes of The Jenny Jones Show was about secret crushes. It was tapedon March 9th, 1995 where Jenny interviewed 32-year-old Scott Amedure. He admitted in front of the studio audience that he had a crush on Jonathan Schmitz, his neighbor. Jonathan was in the audience and did not expect that his secret admirer was a man. He was told that when he was invited to the show that the admirer “may be a man” but he did expect this.
