When Tess passed away, and Harrison started changing, she decided to form her own rival company named Mercury Labs. Unfortunately, Tina McGee hasn’t always had it easy, being a victim of a break-in, was accused of theft, and even held hostage. She also told The Flash she knows who he really is, before being filled in on Earth-Two.
