With a name like Granger, it’s no surprise who Mrs. Granger is related to. As the muggle mother of Hermione, we learn that Mrs. Granger is a dentist by trade, and married to another dentist.
Although the Grangers were surprised to discover the Hogwarts letter on the doormat when Hermione turned 11-years-old, they were incredibly supportive of her magical ways. Unfortunately, her knowledge of the wizarding world became too risky in The Deathly Hallows, so Hermione had to modify her memory. Thankfully, it was restored later in the story. Phew.
