As you can tell by the name, Parvati Patil is related to Padma Patil. In fact, the two are twin sisters, although in the films they are non-identical, unlike the books.
As a member of Gryffindor House, Patil is known for her bravery and courage – as well as her ability to put up with Harry at the Yule Ball. In fact, you have to give the girl credit, because Harry was an awful date. In the books, Parvati is extremely talented in Divination classes, and she later fights in the Battle of Hogwarts.
