After her breakthrough in the 60s, Faye Dunaway became a real star during the 70s. She appeared in several roles over the first few years of the 70s, such as Doc and Puzzle of a Downfall Child; none of which garnered much popularity.
However, her career took off after playing a part in Stanley Kramer’s Oklahoma Crude. Critics loved her performance, and from here, she was cast in many other productions. She even earned a nomination for a Golden Globe and a BAFTA, for appearing in Chinatown.

Dunaway starred in a multitude of productions, from playing a supporting role in 2001’s Running Mates to judging The Starlet in 2005. In 2014, Dunaway pulled out of a drama by the name of Mcadam Stories and took a break from her acting career.
However, in 2016, Dunaway returned to our screens. She earned her popularity back after appearing in her first feature film in eight years, The Bye Bye Man, and working alongside Nicolas Cage in Inconceivable. She certainly isn’t slowing down and is still loved around the world.
