Throughout her incredibly diverse career, Underwood has acted in various roles. It all began in 2010 with an appearance on the hit relationship sitcom How I Met Your Mother. She played Tiffany, the ditsy and lovable romantic interest for Ted. In 2011 she made her film debut as Sarah Hill in Soul Surfer. The film follows the true story of Bethany Hamilton after she is attacked and survives a shark attack. Underwood plays the woman who helps her get back up on her feet.
