If you cast your mind back to season one of Step by Step, you might remember a character by the name of Penny Baker. In fact, it was hard to forget such a character, as this lady proved to everyone that she was incredibly man-hungry.
She would do anything to get her hands on a new man in her life, and this made her sister, Carol, feel a little uncomfortable. It seems as though this character didn’t quite resonate with fans at home, as she was ultimately written out of the show after this season.
