We’ve already seen the actress who played the older Lily Lambert, but it seems as though another actress – actually, actresses – made their mark during seasons four and five. Baby Lily was played by twin sisters Lauren Meyering and Kit Meyering, and this was due to child working laws at the time.
Many shows often used twins to play one character, as this meant that they could share the time on-screen without the actors having to worry about crying or overtired babies.
