Thankfully, it wasn’t long before another shot at a career presented itself. Rather than cooking up food, this time Minh would be behind the wheel of a truck. There was only one catch: Minh had to work overnight. However, this wasn’t an issue as it gave the father a chance to spend time with his growing family. 13 years passed and everything seemed perfect. That’s when it all came crashing down. Even though he had been working with the company for years, licensing problems meant Minh once again lost his job.
