[post_page_title]Mosquitos[/post_page_title]
In today’s day and age, we are pretty used to mosquitoes – but that doesn’t make them any easier to live with. Although their bites can be irritating, itchy and painful, they can be harmless, as the mosquito is merely sucking your blood. However, mosquitos are also capable of carrying malaria amongst humans. Because of this, millions of people die each year, and the WHO predicts that a child dies from malaria every 30 seconds. Mosquitos also carry other diseases, such as encephalitis and yellow fever.
