Something the medium has been open about in her TV show is her struggle with her weight. Although never really liked exercising, in 2013 she decided to hire a personal trainer to help her through her first workout (of course, she also gave him a little reading). Since then, she’s been hitting the gym regularly and trying to eat healthier – choosing protein bars and quinoa chicken salads, instead of burgers and fries. This way, she managed to drop the pounds and now looks better than ever.
