Born in Copiapó, Chile, Germán Garmendia began posting funny videos to YouTube after encouragement from friends. He grew up as the funny one in his family and tried his hand at doing comedy professionally in 2011. He is currently taking a break from his YouTube channels to write and record with his pop band Ancud. The group is currently on tour. He also voiced the character of Julian in the Spanish-dubbed version of the animated film Ice Age: Collision Course.
