Rhett McLaughlin and Link Neal, III, met in elementary school in North Carolina and remained longtime friends. They lived together during college and became software engineers together. After their videos took off on YouTube, they quit their jobs to focus on producing original video content full-time. Both men are married with children and run their joint venture Mythical Entertainment together in Los Angeles. The duo are the primary writers and directors on each of their successful YouTube series and short films.
