Unlike Michael, Kelly worked alone, and it was a lot of hard work. However, she was more than happy to ensure that her Rocco was fit and healthy.
Everything eventually paid off, as his wound was healed and clean enough for him to go under the knife and return to peak health. With this surgery came the release of his abusive past, and it has since allowed both Kelly and Rocco to leave their horrible story behind. Instead, they are now focusing on the future and embarking on a new journey together.
