John Travolta first met Kelly Preston in 1989, while they were both filming The Experts. Unlike some whirlwind celebrity romances, the pair were dating for three years before they finally got married.
Their first (yep, first!) ceremony was held in Paris, but it wasn’t legal in the US, so they had to have a second ceremony in Florida just a couple of weeks later. After their wedding, it seemed as though those two would become the strongest couple in Hollywood. Or would they?
