Mid-season two, we painfully watched a newly pregnant Kate suffer from a miscarriage. She initially cuts Toby out of the picture, and goes off to a singing gig and a Chinese buffet (which she ends up not touching) in order to deal with her heartache. However, with the help of Rebecca, she realizes that Toby is hurting too, and the two have a big talk and decide that they will try for another baby at some point. Will we get to see a pregnant Kate in season three?
