From 1973 until 1976, Helen Reddy made history, with eight number ones in the charts.
However, following this incredible run in the charts, one of Reddy’s songs, I Can’t Hear You No More, peaked at number 29 in the Billboard Hot 100, and her music following this struggled to reach any higher. In 1977, she reprised Cilla Black’s 1964 You’re My World. The song reached number 18 but was her last ever to get into the Top 40.

In 1990, Reddy released Feel So Young on her own record label. The album wasn’t hugely popular but kept Reddy in the business nonetheless. After her 2000’s release of The Best Christmas Ever, Reddy instead took to acting.
2007 saw her voice used – playing herself – in an episode of Family Guy, named Blue Harvest. She later returned to Family Guy in 2010, where she sang the theme song of the Channel 5 News parody. Besides this, however, Reddy has been involved in the show business very little since the 2000s.
