Pamela Hensley played many small roles and made guest appearances over the 1970s. Her most notable role was as C.J. Parsons in the crime drama series, Matt Houston.
Hensley played this part in 69 episodes, spanning over three years, from 1982 until 1985. She also played Janet Blake in Marcus Welby, M.D., in 24 episodes in 1975 and 1976. She also gained immense popularity for her sporadic appearances in a vast number of other shows, which helped to get her name out there.

After Matt Houston ended in 1985, so did Hensley’s career. She no longer appeared in films or on television and seemed to vanish almost entirely. She returned in 2004, however, when she released a book called The Jewish-Sicilian Cookbook.
She published the unique book of recipes under her married name of Pamela Hensley Vincent, following her 1982 marriage to E. Duke Vincent. Since this, she has disappeared again and is completely out of the public eye. We can only wonder what she’s doing now.
